The heart has always been a source of mystery and inspiration. At this workshop we take a look at its amazing anatomy & physiology, mythology and symbolism. How attitudes have changed about its purpose and function and how we can nurture our heart for optimal health and wellbeing. We need to show it some love. Where would we be without it?
